Dongguan Dalang Jinghong Hardware Mold Factory is located at No. 101, 72 Sanxing Road, Songmushan, Dalang Town, Dongguan, Guangdong. Founded in 2000, we are an individual business dedicated to R&D, manufacturing and sales of fastener cold heading dies and core tooling components. With the belief that every micron matters, we supply cold heading dies, ejector pins (KO pins), punch pins, punch holders and custom mold inserts to customers worldwide.

Our products serve screw, nut and rivet production across automotive, construction, electronics, medical and industrial hardware sectors. Materials include H9, M42, H55, SKD61, SKH51 and ASP60 high-speed and powder steels. From raw material inspection, CNC machining, heat treatment, wire EDM to final inspection, every step is completed in-house to ensure consistent, reliable delivery.

Do you accept custom non-standard sizes?

Yes. Please provide drawings in DWG/DXF/PDF/STEP format or send a sample. We will evaluate material, process and lead time before quoting.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard sizes can start with a small trial lot of 10 pieces; custom non-standard items often start from 1 piece for prototyping.

What materials are commonly used for ejector pins?

Common grades include H9, M42, H55+, SKD61 and SKH51 high-speed steels. ASP60 powder steel or carbide can also be selected according to operating conditions.

What is the typical lead time?

Standard ejector pins ship in 1–3 days if in stock. Custom prototypes take 3–7 days and batch production 7–20 days depending on complexity.
